Spiritual Eye

This work is a mixed media piece incorporating textured acrylic layers, embroidering cotton and jewellery. I have named it after the Eastern idea of the third eye as it challenges the viewer to focus and meditate. Sold in February 2007 at Brighton gift shop.

Silver Haze

This is also a small painting created in June 2006 over a couple of days. It has a rich texture and reminds me of looking at fabric under a magnifying glass.
This painting was sold at Aqua Living at Brighton Dec17th 2006.

Eye of the Storm

I completed this painting in Late June 2006 using parts of one of my earlier painting and layers of acrylic paint. I mostly worked intuitively so this painting created itself. It was exhibited at Rosetta's restaurant (Flinders University) during the SALA Festival 2006. Currenly for sale at Aqua Living ( Shop 2/ 49 Jetty Road , Brighton).

Ocean and Sun

This painting is small (46cmx46cm) for me. I usually prefer to work on much larger canvases. I began working on it at a painting demonstration at the Whitmore Square Artists Fair in April 2006 and finished it in my studio. I found the experience a tad disconcerting. This artwork reflects my passion for the ocean and the life giving warmth of the sun. I can understand why our ancestors worshipped the sun!

Marika-Eleni

This textured portrait was inspired by two young Australian women and this portrait is a tribute to their creativity.

Forest Green

I created it while experimenting with the colour green and texture. I find when I look at it it somehow challenges me to dig deeper within myself. This painting has now developed into something quite different and will include soon in 2007 posting.

Golden Planet

The golden planet is a textured work of many layers. It was exhibited during the 2006 SALA festival at Rosetta's Restaurant , Flinders University, together with other abstract artworks and some still life works. This work was created in 2006. It was sold in December 2006 to an Adelaide buyer.
